Our Fleet 

Muscles for Mussels

Through hard work and dedication we have been able to grow our fleet over the decades. Our beloved Noordster of Cromane and Ede Cunze of Wexford, fish to bring us delicious Irish mussels.  From mussel seed to fully developed delights we harvest them in Cromane, Irelands largest natural bed and fresh water of the Wild Atlantic Ocean.

Rope Farming

A SUSTAINABLE STEP 

With a love for the sea comes a passion for its preservation. Our team are always trying to change the way we work to make our methods more environmentally friendly and sustainable for the future of our marine environment.

​

Rope farming is a natural method of collecting mussel seed. Not only it is proven to show beneficial properties to the water quality but also reducing our carbon and physical footprint when fishing. 

​

Our team have put effort into trialing this new sustainable method of rope farming and hope to see a positive response to not only continue the method on a larger scale but to encourage others to do the same.
